Separate sealed bids will be received by the Winona County Highway Department, 5300 Hwy 61 W, Winona, MN
55987 until 10:00 AM, Monday, April 10, 2023, at which time said proposals will be opened and publicly read.
The recommendation for award will be submitted to the County Board at a regularly scheduled meeting.

AGGREGATE SHOULDERING OF MISCELLANEOUS HIGHWAYS IN WINONA COUNTY
Including placement and shaping of aggregate, watering, rolling and sweeping, traffic control and flagging.

PROJECT LOCATION
Various Highways in Winona County
CSAH 6 - 9.0 Miles; CSAH 25 - 4.0 Miles; CSAH 25 - 7.1 Miles; CSAH 29 - 5.1 Miles; CSAH 33 - 5.6 Miles; CSAH 35 - 8.1 Miles; and CR 113 - 3.8 Miles for Total of 42.7 Miles.  See map in proposal for actual approximate locations.

ESTIMATED QUANTITIES OF WORK
SHOULDER AGGREGATE SURFACE CLASS 2 - 10,120 TONS and Appurtenant Items required for a Complete Project.

$22.00.Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Winona County Highway Department for five percent (5%) of the bid or a corporate bond in favor of the Winona County Auditor in the amount of five percent
(5%) of the bid.The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
