A-Z Recycling & Solid Waste Guide
This guide is intented to aid Winona County residents to properly dispose of their unwanted items. The Winona County Household Hazardous Waste Facility is free for all Winona County Residents. Businesses that are very small quantity generators (VSQG) should complete an application to bring their waste to the Household Hazardous Waste building. For more information about the Household Hazardous Waste Program call 507-457-6462.
