Winona County does not sell water test kits. However, test kits are available for purchase through Olmsted County Public Health Services at our office located at 225 W. 2nd Street in Winona. Open hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (excluding holidays).
Test kits may also be purchased online directly through the Olmsted County Water Lab.
