About Human Services

On behalf of the Winona County Board of Commissioners, this department administers various services in the areas of community health, and social services. These services are administered pursuant to state law and rule under the supervision of the State of Minnesota.

Child Support Services

Minnesota's Child Support Program helps parents establish a financial partnership so children receive the financial, medical, and child care they deserve. Families enrolled in public assistance programs may not need to apply. To apply for services, visit the Minnesota Department of Human Services website.
