Overview
The Winona County Surveyor Index of all the surveys received by this office and other county offices has grown through the years. Surveys can be viewed at the County Highway Department. Copies of surveys may be obtained by permission of the surveyor who performed the survey from the owner who requested the survey. Right-of-Way rolls can be viewed and a copy obtained with a fee at the Winona County Highway Department, or an email request can be made and the file can be forwarded to you.
